User Data Deletion
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These instructions apply to 100Fun on Facebook Instant Games, Joonuts website demos, and other Joonuts games that link to this page. You can request deletion without registering for a new account.
1. Request deletion from Joonuts
Email [email protected] with the subject User Data Deletion Request. Include:
- The game name, for example 100Fun.
- Where you played: Facebook Instant Games or joonuts.com.
- Your player ID, if the game or platform makes it available. If you cannot find it, tell us and we will help identify the relevant information.
- What you want deleted, such as information associated with your play or previous support messages.
Use the email address associated with a previous support enquiry where possible. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you. Do not send your Facebook password, access token, payment details or identity documents.
2. What happens after your request
We review the request, identify personal information held by Joonuts and delete or anonymize information associated with you once ownership is verified, subject to any necessary legal or security retention. We reply by email when the request is completed, or explain any additional steps, retained information and the reason. If Joonuts does not hold a separate server-side game record for you, we will tell you and explain the applicable local or platform controls.
Emailing a request does not itself erase your device storage or information held independently by Meta. We cannot delete your Facebook account or act on Meta’s independent records.
3. Delete locally saved game progress
For demos played on joonuts.com, use your browser’s site-data settings to remove data for joonuts.com on each browser or device you used. This resets locally stored scores, progress and preferences for the Joonuts website demos. Clearing only cached images or browsing history may leave game storage intact.
For a game played inside Facebook, manage its available game and storage controls in Facebook or the browser environment used to play. Website storage and Facebook game storage are separate. Contact us if you need help finding the relevant option. Deleted local progress may not be recoverable.
4. Manage Facebook access and Meta-held data
Use Facebook’s settings to locate the game under the applicable apps, websites or games controls and remove its access where available. Follow any additional deletion options offered there. Removing access can stop future access but does not guarantee deletion of previously stored developer information; send the request in step 1 as well.
To manage information held by Meta itself, use the privacy controls described in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
5. Questions
Email [email protected]. For more about information use, read the Joonuts Privacy Policy.
